For Silent Wind:

When outfitting our new boat three years ago, we researched many brands of wind generators and selected the Silent Wind 400.  We have cruised the Eastern Caribbean, Bahamas and US East Coast, and made numerous ocean passages.  We appreciate the ability to use renewable energy sources like wind and solar, and have really enjoyed the power generated by our SilentWind.  The new MPPT controller and upgraded app allow us to monitor our power input with ease.

SilentWind also has exceptional customer service and technical support. We had an issue with low voltage production, and connected with Edgar Silveiredo (Product Manager) and Samuel Silva (R&D Engineer). This team worked through the issue with us in exacting detail, sending parts, providing a clear and concise troubleshooting guide, and even a video call to demonstrate the procedures required. Their patience and persistence was remarkable, and as a result our SilentWind generator is once again producing reliable, renewable power for our boat’s battery bank.
